Event and workshop cancellations, membership fees, and approved refunds are governed by the ACCPFB Return & Refund Policy published on this website.

Key conditions include:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 working days before the event date to qualify for consideration under the stated cancellation policy.
• Eligible refunds may be subject to applicable administrative and payment gateway charges.
• Cancellations requested within 14 days of the event start date and conference-day no-shows are non-refundable.
• Annual or lifetime membership fees are non-refundable once the membership application has been reviewed, approved, and activated.
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Payments must be made through the payment methods made available by ACCPFB. Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and that sufficient funds are available.
