Registration Fee and Payment

  • Registration fees for international delegates are payable in 50 USD.
  • International delegates should make their payment via bKash.
  • Any additional charges, currency conversion fees, or transaction costs should be considered when making payment.
  • Please retain your payment receipt for further verification.

A. For any overseas registration, the registrant will need to open an account with an international money transfer app, for example Tap Tap Send or Remitly, and then send the money via bkash at the given number.

B. 30 USD registration fee if overseas registrant is member of SAM, UK

Registration Confirmation

Upon successful submission of the registration form and verification of payment, participants will receive a registration confirmation email within 48 hours.

Discount Policy

Participants may select up to two workshops, choosing a maximum of one per day. Selecting two workshops along with Conference qualifies the participant for a 15% discount on the combined workshop fees

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Participants who wish to cancel their registration must submit a cancellation request by email. Cancellation requests submitted through other channels may not be considered official until confirmed by the organizing team.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent within 15 November 2026 by email to the official conference contact: info.amcccon@accpfb.com
  • After 15 November 2026, no cancellation request will be accepted.
  • Cancellation fees will be applied.
  • Refund will be made after the conference not less than 30 days.
