The Acute & Critical Care Physicians Foundation Bangladesh (ACCPFB) is dedicated to maintaining transparency regarding all financial transactions, including conference registrations, workshop fees, and organizational memberships.
Event & Workshop Registration Fees
Cancellation requests: Requests for registration cancellation must be submitted in writing to the official support email (info.amcccon@accpfb.com) at least 14 working days before the event date.
Eligible Refunds
Cancellations made within the eligible window will be processed after deducting applicable administrative or payment gateway charges.
Non-Refundable Cancellations
Cancellations requested within 14 days of the event start date, as well as conference day “no-shows,” are strictly non-refundable.
Membership Fees
Annual or lifetime membership fees paid to ACCPFB are non-refundable once the membership application has been reviewed, approved, and activated.
Refund Timeline & Processing
For approved refund claims, the transaction will be processed and credited back through the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 working days.
